The boat is named Avalon after the name of the town on Catalina Island in the Pacific Ocean where the original owner Captain Mark Lewis spent years boating, fishing, and scuba diving.
It is a 30’ Proline offshore fishing and cruising vessel with nearly an 11 foot beam meaning it is wide and stable in the water. Powered by twin 250 horse power engines with a top speed of 42 mph this is a fast powerful agile fishing craft. The rear deck is extremely open ideal for fishing or putting out some deck chairs and just cruising. One can clearly see why this design was twice voted Boat of the year.
The boat’s engines are certified by the EU and CARB the California Air Resources Board and are the cleanest lowest emission outboards in existence. Rest assured this boat is being gentle to the environment.
