Captains Rules and Advice:
If you are on a fishing trip limited alcohol allowed on board, this is not a booze cruise. As long as no one gets drunk so as to endanger themselves or others I do want you to enjoy yourself just be responsible. (Intoxication ends the trip immediately with full fare due)
Any medical conditions particularly if medication is involved you must inform the captain before boarding.
Once the trip is booked the Captain will make final call on conditions and whether or not it is prudent to go. Trips cancelled due to weather will be offered re-book or refund of deposit.
If the trip is not rescheduled due to weather just cancelled at the customer's decision Deposit will be forfeited unless two weeks notice is given.
Note: Multiple reschedules are discouraged and will result in loss of deposit, if you don't like to fish in the rain, or are unwilling to stick to your dates please don't reserve a date with us. We realize emergencies happen and will try to work with that, but understand when you reserve a date, we block that date for you and lose that revenue if you decide to cancel because it is lightly raining or you found something else to do.
Early booking is strongly encouraged depending on the time of year we may book two months in advance. Occasionally you might get lucky at the last minute due to a cancellation but its rare. Like 2 cancellations in 5 years rare! We do not run charters every day of the season, we have a limited schedule.
Small coolers can be brought on board stowed in cabin no large coolers on deck.
Fish kept fresh on board in live well or iced as temperatures dictate.
No firearms on board unless you are licensed to carry, or are a police officer active or retired please declare.
